Why recycle?

• it makes sense
• improve our present and future world
• why fill toxic land fills with renewable resources?
• stop draining ourselve of natural resources that take hundreds to billions of years to be created when we can simply reuse what we have safely and effectively
• it's economically a good choice saving billions of dollars for manufacturers and consumers

How can you help?

First, we need a recycling program in the Lake Area. Write a brief note on your waste management bill, go to the website www.wm.com, or call your waste management team and let them know what you want for your town and family.

what does this have to do with yoga?

Yoga brings an awareness and connection to everything. We are all unified and therefore we are in this together. We take care of ourselves, our families, our neighborhoods, our towns, our nations, our planet not because it is an interesting subject or hobby but for the same reasons that we get up and brush our teeth every morning. Yoga can be brought into daily life, being in the present moment, being aware, and connected.
